All of my adoption friends will appreciate this: Indiana doesn't charge for apostilles. Kevin's work is based there, so one of our dossier documents has to be sent there for authentication. This may be the only time I've thought, too bad I don't live in Indiana!
VA charges $10 each if they are done 1 at a time but if you bundle them, they are cheaper. Nickle and dime, nickle and dime lol
